David joined Northtown Automotive directly out of Radford University in 1987. As a leasing consultant, he was at the forefront of providing exemplary customer service for his clients.

In 1989, Lexus began selling cars in the United States setting a new standard in luxury, performance and an expectation of personalized service. Northtown Automotive was proud to be a founding partner with Lexus. David’s commitment to an outstanding guest experience was a natural fit.

By 1996, he was elevated to General Manager overseeing all dealership operations including both sales and service. David has built a team of professionals that share his vision; create an unparalleled customer service experience for our guests while providing a model work environment.

The management team at Northtown Lexus places the highest priority on each of their associates. This naturally translates to placing the highest priority on the experience for our guests while purchasing and servicing their Lexus vehicles with Northtown.

In 2011, David was part of the executive team charged with designing a state-of-the-art facility fitting of both Lexus and our valued customers. From the guest amenities to the naturally lit showroom, nothing was spared when understanding our mission to enrich the customer experience at every point.

Jeff is a graduate of the University at Buffalo (1995) and a passionate authority on the Lexus line of vehicles. He is a proud and dedicated member of the Northtown Lexus sales and management team since 1997. In his free time, Jeff enjoys numerous hobbies, cars (believe it or not!), cooking and spending time with his girlfriend Diana and their two dogs, Dexter and Huck.

I grew up in WNY and at a young age went off to school in Vermont. I have been in the automotive business for over 35 years and have worked the past 20 years at Northtown Lexus. Then off to the New Car Department, then Pre -Owned Department, and became a Lexus Technology Specialist. My background has positioned me into a Sales Associate position that I really like. I take evening courses at ECC and am working towards getting a degree in Business Administration. I enjoy my friends and family. I like watching the Sabres and the Bills.

David’s first taste for handling parts was during his enlistment in the USAF. During his service he learned to identify parts using large paper catalogs and microfiche. In a relatively short period of time, he realized a true talent for the world of parts. In Jan of 2001 he moved from his home in the Finger Lakes and joined Northtown as the Chrysler/Jeep Parts Manager, bringing 13 years of parts experience with him. David has fulfilled many roles within the Northtown throughout his career, and in 2015 he joined the team at Northtown Lexus. David believes with great conviction that what he and his dept. does is vital to every customer that enters our doors. “With the right part, anything can be fixed. It is our mission to find the right part, at the right time.” Outside of work David enjoys spending time with family & friends, traveling to anywhere with a beach, camping, video/board games and anything from the Star Wars Universe.

This background enables him to assist Lexus owners in finding the correct parts they need.
