Engine Air Filter: Lexus recommends that the engine air filter be inspected every visit and it be replaced based on condition or at least every 30,000 miles. A dirty or clogged engine air filter makes the engine work harder and burn more fuel. Changing the air filter regularly will help the engine work more efficiently and conserve fuel.Lexus Engine Air Filters are $83.95 installed.
Cabin Air Filter:Â Removing particulates from the air in the vehicles cabin is the job of this air filter. Most Lexus cabin filters are carbon activated which also aid in eliminating unwanted odors such as diesel fumes. Lexus recommends changing the cabin filter every 10,000 miles or at least once per year.
