Hi everyone this is Sarah from Northtown Lexus and today we will be going over the new Lexus Safety System+. Lexus Safety System+ includes four parts. Those parts are Pre-Collision System, Lane Departure Alert, Intelligent High Beam, and Dynamic Radar Cruise Control. For the first part, the Pre-Collision System can help you avoid or decrease the severity of a frontal collision or impact. The system uses a radar that alerts the driver and applies the brakes automatically if the driver does not respond in time.

The second part is the Lane Departure Alert. The Lane Departure Alert works by alerting the driver if they ever begin drifting out of their lane. If the driver does not react in time then the car may automatically push the driver back into the lane.

The third part are the Intelligent High Beams. The intelligent high beam system makes the high beams work automatically. The high beams will come on when needed and If the sensors sense headlights or taillights from vehicles on the road then the high beams will switch off by themselves.

The final part is the Dynamic Radar Cruise Control. With the the Dynamic Radar Cruise Control you'll never have to worry about slowing down when using it. A radar detects the speed of the cars in front of you and adjusts your speed accordingly. It can even come to a full stop if needed to.
